These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Mommy & Me website, mobile application, and related services (the "Service"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility & accounts

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. You agree to provide accurate information and to keep your sign-in credentials secure.

2. Not medical advice

The Service — including Ask Mama AI — is for informational and supportive purposes only and is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always seek the advice of your physician or other qualified provider with any questions you may have regarding a medical condition. In an emergency, call your local emergency number.

3. Mommy & Me Circle membership

  • The Circle is a one-time founding-member purchase that includes the perks listed at checkout.
  • Payments are processed by Stripe. All prices are in USD unless stated.
  • 30-day money-back guarantee: if you're not in love, email us within 30 days of purchase for a full, no-questions-asked refund.
  • Founding perks (e.g. lifetime Premium upon launch) are tied to the email used at checkout and are non-transferable.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose;
  • Attempt to access another user's account or data;
  • Reverse-engineer, scrape, or interfere with the Service;
  • Use Ask Mama AI to seek or provide diagnoses or prescriptions.

5. Intellectual property

The Service, its content, branding, and software are owned by Mommy & Me and licensed to you for personal, non-commercial use only.

6. Marketplace providers

Providers listed in our Marketplace are independent third parties. We screen for credentials but do not employ or supervise them and are not responsible for the services they deliver.

7. Disclaimers & limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Mommy & Me shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may request account deletion at any time by emailing us.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notice.
