Account info: name, email address, and authentication identifiers when you join our waitlist or create an account.
Family & wellness data you log: baby feeds, sleep, diapers, medications, and personal wellness entries you choose to record.
Payment info: processed securely by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.
Usage data: device type, app interactions, and diagnostic logs used to improve reliability.

2. How we use your information

To deliver, personalize, and improve the Mommy & Me experience.
To send transactional messages (e.g. magic-link sign-in, receipts).
To send product updates and founding-member news — only if you opted in. You can unsubscribe at any time.
To prevent fraud and keep our community safe.

3. Ask Mama AI

Conversations with Ask Mama AI are processed by trusted AI providers under contractual data-protection terms. Mama AI is a supportive companion, not medical advice. For urgent concerns, please contact your pediatrician or emergency services.

4. Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with vetted service providers (hosting, payments, email delivery, analytics) under strict confidentiality, or when required by law.

5. Data retention & security

We retain personal data only as long as necessary to provide the service or as required by law. We use encryption in transit, encryption at rest, row-level access controls, and regular security reviews.

6. Your rights

7. Children's privacy

Mommy & Me is intended for use by parents and caregivers. Although we allow caregivers to log information about their child, accounts are not created for or marketed to children under 13.
